Shareholders, Honorary Members, and Renters of Poplar Heights are permitted to bring guests to the Pool or Tennis Courts, as long as they are accompanied by the member at all times.
Individual guest passes are $10 per person per day.
Guest passes may be purchased through your online account, with cash at the Guards’ Desk upon check-in, or by credit card or Apple Pay at the snack bar.
Hosting more than 5 guests on one day is considered a private party and must have prior approval from the pool. Information on private parties can be found on our Private Parties page.
Unaccompanied children must be at least 16 years old to bring guests.
Advisements/Communications
We no longer offer physical guest passes.
We recommend buying a guest pack/booklet online opposed to purchasing individually. At $125 for 20 passes, the cost is only $6.25 per pass. Guest passes do not expire.
